About Carol Gordon, PT, IMT,C.
For more than 35 years, I have helped thousands of patients find relief from sudden and chronic pain.
In 2014, after serving as a founding partner of Regional Physical Therapy, a practice that thrived for three decades with five offices across Connecticut and Massachusetts, I opened a private practice in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Here, I am solely focused on giving my patients the personalized care they need to enjoy an active, healthy life.
I hold a degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University and am a Certified Integrative Manual Therapy practitioner. In addition to my previous practice, I have been employed as a physical therapist at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hartford, CT and Hospital for Special Care in New Britain, CT. I have also been honored to participate as a guest lecturer at institutions throughout the U.S., Australia, Canada and Hong Kong teaching Integrative Manual Therapy to post-graduate physical therapy students. I enjoy speaking at professional physical therapy conferences and at colleges and universities that specialize in physical therapy.
In my practice, I employ research-based concepts, training and techniques to offer my patients comprehensive and effective physical therapy treatment. I also stay abreast of the latest research findings and techniques by participating in continuing education courses and seminars.
